PSA is a on-demand solution and it is used to manage Resource (People), Projects, Customers and Transactions. To work on PSA, users need a license to use PSA assigned from PSA enterprise Package. There are total four types of licenses
- Full License – It allows to do everything in PSA
- Time & Expense User License – This is for Project Team Members. It allows to log a time and create Expense reports in PSA
- PSA CRM view only License – This gives read only permission to check Project Statuses.
- PSA Resource License- This license is good for external resources. It allows you to create a resource record.
